Blisspod, Venetian Series, 3 person Sauna is Full Spectrum, Infrared Sauna. Full spectrum refers to the entire infrared spectrum: near infrared, mid infrared & far infrared. With the addition of near & mid infrared, you will get the maximum benefit from your Blisspod sauna.

Near Infrared is the shortest wavelength & will be absorbed just below the surface of the skin, creating a warming sweat that promotes a refreshed, revitalized feeling. Mid infrared is a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body's soft tissue for a warming, immersive experience. Far infrared is the longest wavelength which penetrates the fat cells causing vasodilation, creating a deeply warming experience and supporting an active, healthy lifestyle.

BlissPod Full Spectrum Infrared heat provides gentle warming that mimics the comforting effects of natural heat from sunlight, without exposure to UV rays. Far infrared sauna sessions may help support relaxation, promote healthy-looking skin, encourage circulation, and contribute to overall wellness and post-activity recovery.
