- 9-level adjustable backrest with 1 decline, 1 flat and 7 incline positions
- 2.25" seat and backrest foam thickness
- Soft touch double stitched vinyl covering on the seat and 40" extended back and head rest
- 10 safety spotter and bar rack positions
- Multi Bench system (backrest and seat) adjustments back and forth
- Backrest can be adjusted up to a 45 degree angle
- Bench seat has 2 adjustments (Flat and 15 degrees)
- Detachable Leg hold down for stability during sit ups and crunches
- Over 24 exercises can be performed to include squats, standing and seated military shoulder presses, shrugs, upright rows, wide curls, forearm curls, incline bench presses, skull crushers and many others
