With elasticity to move with the roof (will not turn brittle in sun or cold); so will not rip out the substrate when the roof moves. Strong adhesion to a wide variety of roofing materials to keep sealant from pulling away from substrate. Sticks even to wet surfaces. Waterproof, repels water immediately after application and for years to come. Sticks to galvanized metal and aluminum flashing, vents and downspouts; copper and aluminum roofing; PVC and ABS vent pipe; neoprene and plastic pipe flashing; brick, block, mortar, concrete and fiber cement board; acrylic and polycarbonate skylight plastics; asphalt, wood, steel, paint and more. UV resistant. Lasts 2 to 3 times longer than asphalt roof sealants. 30 minute skin time; 1 week cure time. Clear for letting natural color show through. Paintable with latex paint in 24 hours, or oil-based paint within 1 week. Low tack; 11 NTU clarity; 21.8 pli average dry adhesion, 17.6 pli average wet adhesion. 330gms VOC. Use a 1/4" bead minimum when applying. Covers 31 lineal feet.
